"The death toll from Bangladesh's worst industrial accident has passed 1,000 as recovery teams continue to find more bodies in the wreckage." BBC

On 24 April the Rana Plaza factory building has collapsed with about 2,500 people in it. From now, 2,437 people had been rescued but most of them were decomposed. Most of them were women.
Now, bodies are being taken to a nearby school.

Lot of families are there trying to find their parents, children, brothers or more.
Officials said the recovery operation will finish on Friday.

They said that aproximately, 650 bodies were recognized by their family. Authorities are taken DNA from all the victims to identify more people.

"We have found a huge number of bodies in the stairwell and under the staircases. When the building started to collapse, workers thought they would be safe under the staircases." Brigadier-General Siddiqul Alam
"Each time we moved a slab of concrete, we found a stack of bodies." Brigadier-General Siddiqul Alam

I've choosen this topic because the history of this misfortune has seemed a very "interesting" topic to post it on this blog.
To these misfortunes we can't do anything to avoid them, these things happen, whether by destiny, by a responsible person or something else.

NEW WORDS: wreckage (destrucció), stairwell (hueco de escalera), slabe of concrete (hormigón).
